Provided technical troubleshooting of Westport's fuel system for customers around the globe.Heavy Duty Vehicle Portfolio Manager: Led a team of vehicle technologists through the annual specification and acquisition phase of heavy duty vehicles and equipment for the Fleet Services department. Maintenance Engineer: As part of the engineering team for the Fleet Services department undertook many tasks related to maintaining and improving the maintenance and ensuring the safe operation of vehicles and equipment. Fleet Greening Engineer: Led the development and implementation of a Fleet Greening strategy to reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption for BC Hydro’s fleet.Gained extensive hands on experience building engines, installing engines and diagnostic equipment in test cells and trouble shooting performance issues.As a certifying mechanic had the responsibility for ensuring that helicopters met all airworthiness regulations and were safe to be returned to service. Obtained Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) certification in New Zealand. Helicopter types included AS-350/355, B-206, MD-500.Completed aircraft maintenance engineering (AME) apprenticeship and obtained Transport Canada AME license. Helicopter types included B-206, AS-350, B-205/212, MD-500. Type courses: B-206 and RR-250.Responsible for managing and directing production activities within a specific area of ship construction. Monitors and reports safety, quality, cost and schedule performance for work. Initiates timely corrective action plans necessary to maintain overall schedule adherence. Verifies completion of production work for each phase of construction by conducting necessary inspections and reporting results to the management team.Responsible for evaluating and resolving engineering-related problems encountered during ship construction. Also supports the review of production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and procedures, and activities across all stages of construction.
